2. Exchanges

3. Refunds

  • Refund Credit: After processing, the refund amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
